Harvey Charles, PhD

Dr. Harvey Charles is currently Vice Provost for International Affairs at the University of Minnesota. He has served as Chief International Officer at multiple institutions across the US, and is a past president of the Association of International Education Administrators. He has published and taught in the field of international education, and provides additional service through speaking engagements, serving on advising boards and consultations.
