HBCU Forum

Date: November 13, 2023, 3:00PM EST/2:00PM CST

Description: Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) has a long history of involvement in International Education, which dates to the 19th century. This history is, however, overshadowed or obscured by discourse that focuses on demographics around study abroad. The 2023 Region VII HBCU Forum has as its foci HBCUs’ multi-pronged approaches to International Education that promote study abroad, as well as globalization on multiple levels of engagement.
